What's Wrong With My Customization?

Alright, so I downloaded Genesis earlier this morning and got a Seeker to level 20. The thing is, when I try to make a new Earthguard, they will have hair, and when I get on that certain character, they're bald. Also, when I customize the Earthguard, their body color changes, but their face color doesn't. Is this common with others or is it just me??

    I have to concur with the above Post. For some reason though Everyone looks bald but me. I have spoken to one of my friends and they confirm the same thing. Is this true for everyone else?
