still no answer on the login issue

most threads dont get a decent answer on the issue about the invalled username or password problem and im not willing to wait til next wednesday for it to get fixed, i tried repatching, redownloading, manually patching, and veryifying files but nothing works i simply cant log in, any other ideas?

    This issue should now be resolved, I apologize for the inconvenience.

    We're unable to resolve your account if If you have yet to change your password to have ONLY English letters and numbers in it. No spaces, no special characters at all (The games do not accept some special characters for passwords, even though the website account page does.)

    If for some reason you're still experiencing issues logging in and you've already verified your information is correct via our account recovery page, then please open a ticket with our GMs in Customer Support, and they will assist you further.
