Could you pls tell me what to do if i need to get to know my security answer.. step by step?
i forgot it, but i want to change my passwordb:surrender

1st i went to Customer Support Center and it says:
I forgot my security answer. How do I retrieve it?

We may be able to help you retrieve your security answer. Please send an email directly to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com in regards to forgotten security answers. The email needs to be sent from the account's registered email address. We'll be asking verification questions to help you get it recovered.


i send them mail and i got this:
