So, I've been trying to cash my Zen Rewards before they expire, but I constantly get the following message:
There was an error transferring your points. Please try again.
If you continue to have problems, please submit a ticket.

Since I've been getting server errors (usually 500) whenever I try to submit a ticket, all month long so far, what can I do? I'd submit a ticket that the ticketing server has... "issues"... But yeah. b:shocked

Half the reason I bought Zen was for these rewards. b:surrender

[edit]It finally started working. Now what do I do with my remaining 300 points? :b:sad[/edit]

    You possibly have an error from your browser, but I am not so sure of this.
    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    Or knowing PWE, I hit an intermittent server-side bug. Every single time. From numerous browsers on a number of computers... b:surrender

    But it works now. But the question remains, what does PWE mean for us to do with the sub-1000 remainders? :P

    isnt that the zen rewards page? sure, i cant get any MORE po ints, but cant i redeem what i have? or is that gone?
