They are always a source of pain, Aren't them?
Either someone gets sloppy, dc's or sets himself on follow while chatting on guild chat (Or World Chat, you know who you are, no name telling).
However, this wizard discovered how to disable them.
Found no info about that online, so, decided to share the knowledge.
First, you need to be a caster and have above average channeling.
Second, you need to be ready with either a sleep skill, a silence or a stun, however, this skill MUST interrupt current channeling, otherwise, you are wasting time.
Third, it has to be ranged, if you go into the circle itself to deactivate it, it is far too risky, so, better not trying.
Now, the technique.
I mastered on my wiz, with -83% channeling, so, that is a bit hard to top ^.^
As soon as the hand appears, shoot a Force of Will at it, that will freeze it, and interrupt it, however, if you take too long to do it, it will either not be casted for when the hand has already exploded, or it will cast when the comand to explode is given, so, when it wears off, the hand will explode anyway.
Second, you need to get agro, for me, the best ways so far are with Pitfall and Crown of Flames, Why? Because they keep the attack going even after the seal has passed, ensuring that the hands won't reset and randomly explode.
Third, give them a bit of time, wait until the DoT's wear off and the seal does so as well, if the hands do not disappear and start twitching, Congrats! They are neutered, and until someone kills them, they won't be able to harm anybody.
I will be uploading a video of this as soon as I get a light recorder on my PC (Not too good performance, but I still love her).
Any tips, corrections or discoveries, feel free to post a message, and I hope this helps you on your task.

I just know a certain group of wizards that loves to use Will of the Phoenix on handbombs in HH and kill their squad mates. Worse is probably be when they do it on someone thats luring out Minister lol. They sneak after the poor puller and uses that stupid fire wing and than spend 5 minutes laughing over the dead body. It does look very funny when someone pushes an exploding hand in someones face, but its pretty annoying ;(
Wizards should just stay away from the hand-bombs in my opinion <_<0 -

I wiped my squad on frenzy'd lion in 2-3 that way, once. By accident though XD
Also to stop them, a single well timed FoW IS enough, but it takes a lucky timing XD
PS: Sins can also do it. Just use deadn nerves (in case you **** up) and than teleport stun soon as the hands show up. Than headhunt (seal). This should be enough. Just in case I always stun them again after the first stun ended.
After this cycle, the hands should have stopped exploding.
Only think to know, is that you CAN kill them after you stopped them.
However, they will explode after they died, and than the next respawn explode again as normal9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris0 -

XD I am so going to try that b:cute i was aware that the hands can be targeted for a moment before they clap, and wondered if this was possible b:laugh i just hadn't gotten around to trying to stun them yet (since they are generally not hard to avoid...unless you lag b:cry )

Ive killed one of them while waiting in a 2-1 run about 3 moths ago, i tabbed and used normal attack then it got stuck and i started to kill it b:shutup[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
