No characters?

When trying to get the Jones Blessing, it says I do not have any characters on PW and it gives me a link to the download page. Obviously, I do have characters. Solution please?

    Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies yet? Have you tried using another browser to test your results? Let me know so I may assist you further.
