Demon/Sage MP skills

Okies. First off, since I'm nearing 89 I've been giving sage/demon A LOT of thought. Even to the point where I've had dreams where I'm tossed between the paths. One of my biggest conlicts, is I dunno if I'll pass 89, my other char never made it past 84, and I think 89 might be my stopping point. Anyways, one of the things that gets me the most are the Sage and Demon buffs. Each of them have a buff that gives.. 900? MP. My main question, is if either one of them can be casted on others. Like, that they get the MP, or is it only to yourself?
Also, any tips for my decision would be lovely. <3 If it helps, I'm a support cleric usualy glued on healing anyone in squad, but I have my times when I DD too. o;

    Sage gives mana to you always, both demon skills give mana to target.
