Just wanted to say to all of my fellow guildies you are all awesome and stood strong together to accomplish our goal of taking the entire map, congratulations to one and all.

Now with that being said, it's time to get down to business. Any and All factions who's name is on one of Essence's lands after the map reset will be found guilty trespassing on our territory. Your transgressions will not be tolerated and you will be mercilessly punished.

This is by decree of all of Essence.

    I started playing on Lost City again for the first time in a while, so I must say, congratz Essence. :)

    Gratz, but now what? Do it all over again or not, you dont have anything to prove this time around after the reset so whats the next step?

    I'd say "See how long they can hold it." but with the map being reset, that'd be pointless.

    hahaha congrats... but as for the second part of the quote: just proves that what most people have said and feel is true. Essence seems to believe that it is thier god-given right to dictate play to the rest of the server and we should all just not even try.

    Got news for you tho... you are just 200 out of thousands and most of us really don't give a ****... I am thinking that with new map and upcoming guild bases that you will find yourselves on the outside looking in as many guilds and players look for new ways to amuse themselves in -game while simply finding many of you a small annoyance at best.

    Yes... you may still and probably will become a major factor on the new map but, maybe this time around it will not be because people tried and couldn't stop you but simply because they could not be bothered.

    new 40 vs 40 guild wars will become the norm, with Essence not being invited to play.
    Like the school-yard bullies... people will simply just avoid them and let them get bored waiting for something to happen.

    So go ahead and make your threats and decrees but in the end... it simply does not matter.

    and we did it with the majority of the well geared/CSed/farmed (however they got their gear it really doesn't matter how you get it) and players with alot of TW experience all merging together to try and defeat us even attempting double/triple attacks so though the road was not always hard it was not always easy.

    I don't play anymore, but my understanding is that you guys had it "rough" for 1, maybe 2, weeks until half those people kind of threw in the towel and stopped showing up. How many of those double and triple attacks lasted more than 10 minutes and/or really challenged you?

    Also, it was the majority of well-geared players with a lot of TW experience who weren't already in Essence. That's sort of obvious, I guess, but it's also significant. How many of those people have gear on the level of yours or Elaine's? How many of those people were serious threats in TW and how many were just whoever was willing to log in and show up?

    CQ made the bulk of their final surge against Spectral at its peak and with RQ, Harvester, Riot, and various others joining the cause at different times. You guys made the bulk of your final surge against a severely weakened Kamisama and ThaClicK.

    It's not really your fault that nobody cares anymore, but I do think it lessens the accomplishment, and that's kind of supported by the fact that 24 hours later you had to create your own thread to brag about it, because nobody else had bothered.

    Why does it matter so much that CQ did it before?

    Pretty sure many guilds took the entire map before CQ - just not in the "International" version. Its been the mechanics of the game for 6 years, 1 guild owns all eventually.

    Enrage took the entire map on Heavens Tear as well. What CQ did will never be unique...

    Its a great achievement for any faction to take the entire map, so big congrats to Essence XD They worked really hard for the land, they kept motivating themselves to participate in TW even after GM changed the reward to junk. Thats pretty impressive.

    I'm not saying we don't have very-well geared people, because we really do, but just not as many as you do.

    Also, I wish the last war was the one we had on Saturday. That one was a good example of what happens when we actually get enough people to show up, and I don't think we were 80 yet, but close. Whereas the Sunday war was a complete joke, because we were barely half of that. But well, what's done is done.

    Grats Essence on taking over the map, and the same leader doing it 2 separate times (I think). That's quite impressive, and kudos to you and everyone else.
