Problem with the DQ Rewards Page.

So I logged onto http://pwi.perfectworld.com/dqrewards and tried to get the "Pillar Pet Egg" and it goes through everything just fine, (I.E.: Selecting the server and character and how many I want, all that) but my points don't get deducted and the pet doesn't get sent. I reeeeeally want the piggy. b:cry

I've tried closing out of the browser completely and the game completely and then trying, but that didn't work, either.

Please help?

It may be the browser that is causing the problem. Try opening up the page in a different browser before trying again.
