Please Fix DQ Rewards/Jones Blessing Pages~

I've been trying for over an hour and half to redeem something from dq rewards page and all i keep getting is a white screen and no mail -.-, tried the jones bless one and it was the same, i saw a thread regarding the same issue and the only reason im making another is for the slight chance a gm might pay attention to the new thread....

So if anyone else is having the same issue post here. Also can we have an explanation on why aren't this pages working? With just a "sorry we've been busy with expansion and stuff"... kinda answer from a gm is enough please...b:surrender

    Many browsers have been tried and the problem is the same. The problem is a valid one, i have been having the same problem as have many others. This is not QQ but something that needs to be fixed.

    Also, take a look at the time. GMs are alseep.

    works fine for me, so I guess is not as much a server issue than a individual one. Dunno, updates for AV, flash, add-ons on browser, popup blockers, god knows.

    first time and second time too i think? it happened.. it was the application itself there failed on induviduals, just try remove the app from ur FB account.

    mine works fine too.

    Same problem here. It has been doing that to me for about 2 days. Tried with IE, Firefox, and made sure I had the flash up to date along with everything else. IMO it is a fault in the page, has anyone tried PM'ing one of them to see what is up?
