So ye im wondering if its worth maxing BP because i think someone told me that all it realy does is increasse the time of blood paint lasting and not the amount of health you regain. So my question is should i max Bloodpaint. And why?

If you play by yourself/only use one character, then no, you don't necessarily need to.
If you're planning on becoming sage, Sage BP gives an extra 1% heal increase, in that event you'd want to.

Demon BP temporarily gives you some evasion and it's not worth it considering BP has such a long animation.

The only event maxing it would be useful is if you want to give other people buffs too and you can't always be around to rebuff them.

Level 10 is 30 minutes, but if you get a demon or sage version the duration goes up to 1 hour.

    Well, it depends.

For example, I ran Trophy Mode, which is basically 16 minutes of non-stop squad action with no time for rebuffs, so I had to level up my Bloodpaint some.

I also grind in spans of 30 minutes or 1 hour, so time is money for me. Basically, I'm leveling Bloodpaint simply because not needing to rebuff it saves me time. Time that I can use to kill mobs and make up for the costs.

And since I'm going Sage, I'll want it level 10 anyway.

When we're both 99+ with near endgame gear and some of our Celestial skills, I'd like to try duo-ing some instances to see how Demon and Sage sins can compliment each other.

A friend asked me the same question recently for his sin alt lol. BP isn't really a priority skill, the main reason to lvl it is the commodity of not having to rebuff all the time. Especially in squads rebuffing can be a pain, with ppl not noticing and running out of range.

I think end 70s/begin 80s is a good goal to get it 10. In terms of spirit it should be easy to max it at 80 without sacreficing more usefull skills. Even if it seems useless, it's nice not to bp every 2 bosses in fcc or TT. And since at endgame others will just expect you to have lvl10 lasting 30min, you will want to get it to lvl10.

At 98, the only skills I don't have at level 10 are Shadow Teleport, Shadow Escape (both at level 9, pending coin to get them to lv. 10), Tide Form, and Raving Slash.

The latter two are almost useless. The former two would be at lv. 10 save for lack of coin. And this is with several 89 demon skills (Demon wolf embem/slipstream/deep sting/windpush), and who knows how much SP into several failed 80+ genies. You have enough SP for bloodpaint.

I'd just advise leveling more vital skills first (i.e., rib strike, subsea, headhunt, stealth levels...if you PVP/TW a lot, etc.)

Honestly, it's one of the last things you should level if you're leveling as slowly as I am. Nothing makes me happier than seeing lv. 100+ Sins in stealth in TW, because I know their skills are underleveled and I can kill the **** out of them.

Lv. 10 bloodpaint is a convenience before 99, and even after 99 if you're demon. Full disclosure: my bloodpaint has been level 10 for a great many levels, out of convenience rather than necessity.
