Zen direct credit card issues

at the last part of the purchasing zen steps, it says they'll send me a sms to my cellphone. i've tried 4 times now and no SMS
what to do .. b:sleep

    Please contact the company you were making the payment through (either Paymo or BilltoMobile) and they will assist you in completing your transaction or clear up anything that is backed up for you right now. We advise that you do not attempt more transactions in case charges do go through before you resolve the issue.
