windows 7 and keyboard problem

hello all..
i have a problem when i want to use some keys in the game it's ( f1, f2, f3, f4, f5, f6, f7, f8 )
i don't know what is the problem.. i can't use them at all
my pc is Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit plz tell me what i have to do D:

    Press "K" in-game. Shortcut Bar B is the default F1~8 bar.

    What kind of keyboard are you using? Make and model?

    If it has keys that can be reassigned, check the driver for it, and make changes to see if that helps.
