Help with logging in

I keep trying to log into my char. but it's telling me I'm already logged in-- but I'm not??

How do I fix this???

    Check the 'force log' box

    Ok, now it won't even let me start the game.. I keep clicking "Start" but nothing is happening... *grumbles*

    If you had a client crash, the element client might still be running. Go to your cntrl+alt=delete menu, and look under processes. If the client is still running manually shut it down and start over.

    Download client again and i think, it will help

    No, that won't help, it's just waste time and bandwidth.

    Like FatherTed said, you probably still have the game running. If you don't see the PWI logo in your system tray, open Task Manager (TASKMGR.EXE) and kill the "element.exe" process. If you do see the logo in the system tray, open the game using that. Either that, or just try rebooting.

    After that you should be able to run it just fine, though you may still have to use the Force Log checkbox if you killed the process or rebooted.
