50/50 Citrine and Def shard of full Citrine

I keep getting oneshotted by lower lvl sins and archers, should i raise my def? My current def is around 1k unbuffend and 3.2 k HP unbuffed LVL91

    yes. 1k pdef and 3.2k hp is... low for 9x. like very low.

    If you cant get your hp higher then 10k, go with full citrines....

    If you can get your hp to 10k plus use def shard all the way.

    Both hp and physical defense are dangerously low. On my psychic, she's 89 right now, I plan on fully citrine-ing her TT90 green armor along with upgrading it. Also, what kind of ornaments do you have equipped? I you have a necklace or a belt that either has evasion or elemental, switch it out to physical defense ornaments and upgrade them (example would be Necklace of Giant Strength TT90 gold, and a decently upgraded OHT quest reward belt).

    Another semi-cheap thing you can do as well is get a Cape of Elite Leather, excellent physical defense stats. This character has it upgraded with immaculate garnets in it.

    What I did was went kinda half/half on citrines/garnets. I have citrines in my cape and hat, and everything else is garneted. I also have decent refines (hoping to get higher) so my hp doesn't suffer entirely.

    Find the mean between the extremes--too much hp and not enough defense won't help (unless you can afford to +12 your pdef ornaments), too much defense brings in diminishing returns.
