Rotating view?

How do I rotate view up and down? so that I'm not looking at my character from ground level but from a birds-eye view or something of the sort? Also how do I rotate the view around my character?

    First, move the mouse over the background, then hold down the right-mouse button and you can rotate the view by moving the mouse around.

    You can also use the mousewheel to zoom in and out.
