Wings of Cloudcharger or...

My question is, should I buy Wings of Cloudcharger, or wait until a higher level and get a better cloak if there is one? Thanks.

    Well, unless you get a 4 socket pdef wing trophy cape, I'd say Wings of the Cloudcharger are among the best capes available. I only mention the wing trophy cape because the stat mods on it are nice.

    Cloudcharger is auto-4socket with decent mods. AND since you can use it at lvl 45, it might be the best choice for you. Although NV cape would refine for more hp.

    it's one of the best capes, especially if u dont really care about -chan.

    I don't know if pwi still holds the anual race, but if it does, clougcharger could potentially be free. I got mine for free. I'd use it simply because it's so easy to obtain, and the mods/grade on it are outstanding.

    and, well, it's old fashioned. it was out before the game broke.

    Cloudcharger is pretty ****ing OP considering the level you can equip it. Might as well buy it if you can afford it at your level. Use it until you're high enough to equip a trophy cape then sell the cloudcharger.

    my memory isn't what it use to be, but I do recall seeing the flags set up every month for it. people even sold the tickets for stupid prices. though, in my time in pwi, I've never bothered to do even a normal race.

    Cloudcharger is THE best cape for wizards. Period.

    Actually I'd argue for any class that doesn't need a -int cape. Certainly any class using arcane armor.

    I settled for the pink trophy cape (glorious robe of torment) on sanctuary, which was a big mistake. I should have held out for cloudcharger. Patience is a virtue, but not MY virtue, unfortunately.

    Where do you even find one? pwdatabase said it cost 2999 tokens and several mil to make. I've only seen it for sale once in my play times, and it was up close to 100 mil...

    I would take nirvana cape over cloudcharger.

    It comes from the anni packs as one of the rewards. Quite rare normally but when packs are on sale, you can find one for... 60m?

    from pangu packs a bm on my server has the yang(?) protection necklace he said he got it from pangu packs and hes the only person ive seen with it so ya.

    and yeah, it's pan-gu. 0.03% chance

    i got my wings for 55mil nirvana would be what, 150mil?
    134hp, 10mag ,1% crit vs 300pdef, 3% dmg reduction eh, wings ftw xd
    especially since psys dont care about -chan b:cute

    Yup, I got mine for 58m. Probably could have gotten for less but didn't want to take the chance. I must say, 4 g7 flawless lookin mighty fine in it haha.

    yeah same here. poetic/veins got his for 45m..well, lucky xd
    but when i saw it on a catshop, i rushed, sold gold, sold stuff cheap etc and got it.

    it's practically the only item in my not-so-long-term build that i cant get any time or substitute XD
