its a quest from 3rd map.Im suppose to go and talk to the pillar like the other quests.Problem is it isnt there.Funny i saw someone camping the spot,and he said he's been there all day.Any info on his would be helpfull.Thanksb:thanks

    Like the NPC sais, it's not there all the time.

    I think it spawns on the full hour. So just check every hour or so
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris

    I forget how often it spawns, but it is much less frequent than once an hour like the other two. What I ended up doing back when I had this quest was to swing by anytime I was in the area. I used to do WQ and Frost runs back then, both of which get you in that corner of the world. Eventually, you'll find it.

    Every time I have needed this (3 times so far) , I have found it spawned either just before or just after server reset time
