Make The F***ing ticket Sytem Let Banned Users Log In Or Give Us a Phone #

Disclaimer: This is not discussing a ban, but the TICKET SYSTEM and lack of a PHONE NUMBER ON THE SITE.
I know before some people have gotten unbanned by calling up, but the number seems impossible to find now with every mod and admin deleting it.

This is driving me nuts, it's like impossible to use ticket system by EMAIL because you can't log in; and when you make a real ticket on an account you CAN log in to view the ticket, they close it!

Please avoid sending us multiple tickets regarding the same issue. This only increases the delay in receiving a response from us.

If you have access to the website, please login to the support page and go to "My Support". From there you can view your past ticket history and provide additional information on a ticket. This will insure that we have all of the information necessary to assist you in the same place.

This ticket will now be removed from our system and no response from you is necessary. Your primary ticket regarding this issue will be unaffected.

If you believe you received this in error, please disregard it.

And did I mention that the tickets only seem to be skimmed most the time?
Or that most of the other F2Ps would have already unbanned me over such a trivial error on their part?
Or that the only time PWE has responded timely is when they had the survey of their customer support quality?
Or that a lot of other people complain of the very same flaws I speak of now?
Or that this thread will be closed and ignored?

By the way, how is it that PWE gives 3 day bans to cheaters (botters), yet erroneous non-cheating related bans can take years of ticket spam (yes, i have been sending tickets over one issue for like a year. LOL.) and only ever get skimmed?

Can I edit my rating of the customer support? If I recall right I accidentally gave it a rating above 0/10 and actually said they respond fast :(

    In the past I believe sending a new ticket on the same issue automatically bumped it to the bottom of the pile. When I got one of my accounts banned by accident, I was able to resolve it within 24 hours by emailing the address it says to right there on the support site.

    If you do have an account but cannot login due to a ban or account complications,
    simply email us at customerservice@perfectworldinc.com,

    edit 2: Just checked my email logs. Exactly 41 minutes between my first and only email (at 10:50pm on a weeknight, no less) and the account being unbanned.

    If the ticket system was implemented properly I wouldn't have to rage about how it's impossible to log into it.

    mk16, did you even bother reading the second part of Brigid's reply, about emailing customerservice@perfectworldinc.com directly if you can't log on with a banned account?

    I did that about a year before I made this thread, I **** you not.
    And about 2 days before I made this thread :)

    Ticket system is failtastic trying to do it via email. We need a phone number I think.
