Level 85 Weapon

Hi there,

going to hit level 85 tonight.
Have Endless Ambiguity atm.
What weapon do you recommend upgrading to? Best i can see so far is Aquadash.
Any other recommendations? Not so interested in the ones that give Vit/phys resistance, i just like to hit hard and let my armour do its job.

    Yep, Aquadash is the best weapon you can use until 95, and I'd even skip the lunar and just use it to 100 till rank8.

    Not everyone can afford Rank 8.

    its a matter of saving

    r8 is roughly 70 mil? idk
    depends on gold price and your already achieved reputation



    if you can afford a frost gold glavie 20 mil? 30 mil? at lvl85...
    you can sell your tt90 Chest, more money
    farm for money instead of tt99 mats ~ more saved here

    a unrefined r8 will deal way more damage then a refined (refine = coin) tt99 weapon



    there, 4 in one for 70 mil

    70/4 = 17,5 mil per gear part! woot! (a lunar ring would cost 30-50, a lunar weapon 30?-60)


    the only difference is that its all in one bunch, hell of saving xd

    What would be the best way to go about getting an Aquadash? Wait till someone is selling in AH/WC or try to grind/buy the matts to make it?
    What are your thoughts on the Sensoid wand?

    Sensoid is GREAT for vit/hp. Best thing there is if your looking for that. However it's not really what a wizzy wants, wizzys want DMG. HP is more for clerics b:chuckle

    There are several ways to get an aquadash. Fastest way is try to buy an FC sign. force. Those are pritty rare these days as noone is opening packs though.
    You could also hope to buy one from someone else. Though that's just hoping someone has 1 that he doesn't need anymore.

    Now the cheapest way to get an aquadash, is buying past of FC items (drop from the FC bosses from big room and up, 1 per boss). However, this is a long proces, as each fast FC only produces 1 past of FC. But cause you need 999 past (right?) and each sell for 15k, you'll only need 15mil through this path

    Managed to get 1 from Auction House. 18.5 mil for +5 refine, so was ok paying that.
    Others on World Chat wanted 30mil+ for +5 so they must be out of touch with reality (or greedyb:scorn)

    On another note (i can derail thread since its mine anyway b:quiet), best armours to use at 85 would be??

    I got myself some frost armours, (chest, skirt, boots) which seem to be pretty good. Looked at the TT90 armours and the frost stuff has better stats. How long do you think i could keep this armour for?

    Ok on the other notes:
    Frost gear is indeed among the best there is. It has high base stats and some nice add ons (magic and stuf). As long as you don't want the best of the best nomather what, you will do FINE with the frost gear until you get something better along the way (farm TT90 pants, they are awesome). For the top, you might even be able to hold onto that frost chest until you get rank8 (which is not that far a goal these days, if you sell that aquadash your alreay halfway there (and you don't need the aquadash after you get rank8 anyway)

    Now I would suggest you check out the TT90 green pants. They have great defences. For sleeves, try to get some nice OHT sleeves. They can be the best piece of gear there is, and extremely cheap
