Best way to buy hypers would be through tokens (but wait until they cost less than 13k each, and you buy them in catshops around the west archosaur banker)
Once you have atleast 3 hypers, you can activate them (upper right corner, there is a small button above your HP bar), and once you kill monster, you get an increased amount of EXP and SPIRIT depending on which option you chose. The amount of time the hyper-exp lasts depends on which option you chose as well.

Perfect-Tokens of luck (not to be confused with the heavily advertised Perfect-Token of Best luck, which is shouted in the world chat form time to time in red letters) can be commonly obtained through west archosaur cat shops. You may find out more info on what you can buy with them here: CLICK ME!
You can also buy them through packs with zen gold (by transferring money) when such an event is announced and token packs become buy-able.
Usually you will see catshops saying "S>Tokens" or something with "token" in it, then you go around and see the best price and buy some with normal, plain-old game gold. After doing so, you you go to the nearest PW Boutique Agent (usually near bankers) and trade the tokens for something else. Hypers will cost you 8 tokens each. So to get 3 hypers, you will need to buy 24 tokens. (around 240-300k in total for 24 tokens, with a normal economy [10k-12k per token] so this isn't something to buy when you don't have the gold)

Niajade nailed it when it comes to figuring out basic info on a guild. You should try and decide for yourself as to not get biased information on guilds.

Zulu: Zulu is the common group of people that play to much and spend money on the game. they usually boast about killing someone.

Crimson: they are the under dogs of the server at the moment. they are getting a bit bigger as the weeks go on (kinda).

personally if i was to join a high level faction it would be a LOW-er popularity faction, where there is not much drama and everybody is happy and HATES ZULU.

its basically Zulu VS rest of the server.
