Help on the first boss

So I'm still new to this and have the FB19 token thing for the first boss. I asked before and got some great advice. I understand I gotta do it with a squad but don't know how to form one or organize one or lead one (yeah yeah noob away, lol). Can anyone help out; advice, etc?

    Speak up in your starter city. The magic words are "FB" and "Tabbed"
    Then when someone replies, right click their name and select 'invite'

    Then click the squad chat, and get them to explain the rest, it should be fairly easy from there.
