    You will get a response from a ticket far before you ever would from the forum.

    Even though you just bought an expensive item you are still able to be banned if you break ToS.

    I got banned for sending in a ticket for not receiving zen but my account be credited.

    They will wait 2 weeks and mark your ticket as resolved after doing absolutely nothing. This forum post will also be closed and deleted. GMs and Administration in general are typically incompetent and corrupt. In any case I wish you luck and hope your issue is somehow miraculously resolved.

    Actually had this happen to me on another game. And then after it happened I ended up getting a follow up questionnaire about my experience. >>;

    Ticket responses can take 3-5 business days; GM's get a ton of tickets, and they'll get to yours as soon as they can.
