I have a Charging Helmet with two sockets and when I try to get a soulgem imbued the helmet is not being accepted in the Imbue Soulgem screen equipment box.
I have tried blacksmith and tailor.

I do not see any messages or indications as to a cause.

Is this me or the system?

Regards Major.
p.s. Major is my Christian name :-)

Did you repair the items properly?

Do you also have enough coins with you to embed the gems?

and did you do it at the tailor if its for your helm with these 2 things above

Go imbue at tailors since it's a helm

    1. Do you have enough $ to imbue? Once you put in the helm & the shard, it will tell how much you need.

    2. What lvl is the helm & what lvl are the stones you are trying to imbue. If the helm is your lvl, which is ~20 & you're trying to put in some Flawless, it's not going to work. You can't put high lvl shards in low lvl gear.

Not to answer with a ridiculous question, but are you wearing the item while trying to imbue? If so take it off and put it in your inventory first. I've helped tons of people who did this, so I thought I'd mention it here.

also you cannot imbue gems of a higher level than the equipment - each soulgem will say the minimum level equipment you can add it too

There is no place in a perfect world for double entendre!
