Paymo confirmation button wont load

on the billing page i press the paymo button it goes down to the checkout, all the amounts load and the costs but the confirmation buttons do not, so i cannot progress any futher, tried deleting cache and reinstalling flash any ideas?

    tried reinstalling firefox, using Internet explorer.

    In internet explorer get security ceritifcate message, some parts of the page cant be loaded... tried turning off AVG antivirus still not helping..
