Where can i find some air spots, no wood resistance, around 50 level?

Evolutionary Vipions above Hidden Heroes/Desert of Echoes are better. Lvl 50, and they have a 50%-ish drop rate for Pendant of Glacia when they are in the white or orange. Keep in mind this drop rate is actually more like 43%ish with you factor in the rest of the drop rate ****

Might as well go for the vipion/foxwings at the starter cities though - they're non-aggressive which makes it much easier, even though they are higher level.
