Did you check your grapich cards, Direct3d, Divx and symptomx programs
likely your computer graphic cards are now outdated and can't handle the game.

post your computer specs here please.

Type out System in your Search button on your computer, and it should pop up as 1 of 4-5 programs in thew "program" section not control panel section.

click it and look at your diag

or also type out diag under your search button in computer and it will bring up your diagnostics.

I know this isnt the issue with the graphics card on mine. this is a new gaming system. all fully updated. I never had any issues with it before on this system til the new up dates.
Can anyone help with a bug error report issue?
