How the ** can u cast Seize, IceDragon or BT without channeling like using Sutra...
But sutra requires 2 sparks and seize/dragon/bt too.....

    Insta casts:
    from full chi : sutra+Elem shell+ MS/BIDS/BT
    without full chi: sutra - Cloud Eruption - MS/BIDS/BT.

    The full chi tric only works lvl 89+.
