    I don't know if is true but i heard some rumors that enrage gived TW last week to Dragon so that Monoftalmus could make his fist +13 with mirage from TW, is this true?

    Is it true that mirage from TW have a special power and u can make +13 without dragon orb?? b:question

    Yes i can confirm that it is very much true. Mirages from Tw have a special power that raise ur success rate for refining with about 83.7% @ +2 decreasing slightly by 0.19 with each +1 so that at +12 ur chances are with 81.8% higher than normally. IF you add tienkang stones too, you have 99.9% chance to get +12 w/o dragon orbs. For +13 the odds are very low tho :( about 9.384% chances to succeed. BUT if you have a merit medal ( r9 one) won by tw and not bought with gold/Dq points pwi grants you that if you fail at +13 your current +12 refine will not change.
    Lets see if Mono gets the merit medal today. b:cute
