I have 14 random pigments obtained through the dragon point system that I can't use because I "bought" them at two different times.

I knew that the dragon point pigments didn't stack with CS or in game pigments.
But to not stack with other dragon point pigments is just plain wrong.

Fix this please or give me back my points so I can "buy" them all at once.

    Please Summit A Ticket Upon PWI Website and Tell Them Your Concerns.

    A Email Will be sent back to you From your Suggestion or Concern and they will give you a response.

    On another Note, This will be Your frequent Message that Best way to resolve your Problem is Summit a Ticket of Concern OR Contact a GM on Forums and Give them a Private PM to see what they can do.

    Please submit a ticket here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ and the team will assist you as soon as possible. I don't see how posting on the forums will resolve this since the GMs only reply through a ticket. Good luck!

    Posting on the forums might not resolve the issue, but thank you for doing so - for raising our awareness of this issue so that the rest of us can hopefully avoid it.

    uhhhh did you try dragging them on the other stack? I know when you get 2 seperate awards from the mailbox they don't auto-stack with each other.

    By the way, I hate your spelling, "capitalisation?" it is spelled capitalization.

    The way I type on here is just a bad habit, you don't have to read my posts.

    And also one side note, I am not doing the mods job, just giving my response towards the person of what I believe.

    My response, and my thoughts, are what I write within reason, each person has their rights to write the way they want to write with capitals within some words or not.

    If it irritates you then so what, stop criticizing people before you take a good look at your self.

    and take a good look and this post, no capitals? only in specific key words, I know how to type properly and I just type like that got fun. So if you have a problem then to bad, blacklist me then.

    You're not the only one... I rage when people type with a capital letter at the start of every word in their sentance.

    Excuse me, but i don't this issue revolves around you.
    The person who i am directing my conversation in any post starts to "bash" at me with any chance they may have. Ignorant, you may go ahead and believe what you may, but i am tired of these comments and I had enough of it, if I wish to respond back within reason then I do.

    Other then that post, previously i submitted in this thread, this is the only other one where I am defending my self when i post.

    I'm calling you ignorant because "capitalization" can be spelled "capitalization" or "capitalisation".

    Oh you missed a capital on that and you used there. you also started a sentence with and, which is generally bad. I never commented on your grammar or spelling, just the capitalisation of odd things is brain meltingly annoying.

Im not saying pointing them to a ticket is bad, but you made it seem like itd get them somewhere and diddnt answer the question with even a personal idea on the cause or issue.

    Why would I BL you when I can quote you and point out this stuff, hopefully making you either change your post style or stop ****ing posting. Either or, just pick one.

    Because it informs other players so as to be vigilant for such issues. Hence more people report such issues, leading the issue being (definitely ignored) hopefully looked into and taken care of.
    I personally would rather PM a GM directly than submit an automated ticket that will recieve an automated response then (never be looked at) hopefully be looked at.
    Though I will agree that this thread perhaps belongs in teh technical support section.
