    Theres a post box in each city. Usually by the banker or the auctioneer. Explore and look around or turn off your view people button. You can also use your coordinate assistant next to your map at the top right corner.

    Alright, I found one. Now I need to exchange some tags of sharpness for weapons, and I don't know how that works.

    On the screen it opens you go to quest related option and click on the highlighted word/sentence. Its just like any other quest involving an NPC
