rank 6 for barbs (weapon)

I know, hold on to your seats for this one. But inferior as it may be compaired to rank (8) or NV. I was looking at the ads on the rank 6 weapon for barbs (minus 5%hp of targets) Any one thing this is possibly useful for pvp?

    Not really, you don't see every BM holding onto lunar claws instead of nirvana or TT100 just for it. It's a decent add but in no way gamebreaking.
