What is the cheapest way to get 5 aps (equipment wise) and what is the price range of each item?

    there is no cheap way but the items vary per server ill list them in terms of most expensive to least.

    2nd recast pants
    DECIDES
    wing trophy lunar glade
    tt99boots
    tt99belt
    tt99necklace
    tt99sleeve

    you can add a tome but it is not needed but im not sure what tome price is so ill leave list as is.

    And how much would all of this cost? I know decides are around 50 mil in Raging Tide and TT99 Wrists are about 13-15mil.

    You forgot the lunar cape. I can't tell you the prices of Lunar cape, Deicide or Nirvana pants on RT, because the prices of the insignias for the cape/weapon are different per server, and so are the prices for the uncanny crystals to make the pants.
    As for the other stuff:
    Wrists - 13m
    Boots - 30m
    Legs (You need these to make nirvana pants) - 30m
    Necklace - 13m
    Belt - 30m

    Those prices are only accurate if you already have the TT90 green parts that you need to make them. If not, prices would be slightly higher.
