Ingame Marriage Packs being bought ingame?

Can marriage packs be bought from players ingame, because i cant buy item mall cash. thanks or all your help!

    Yep. Or, you can go to the auctioneer and use the gold trading option to buy gold with in-game coins, and then buy from the cash shop.

    One of the ways is to buy them with real money. Another way is to buy gold in game, at auctioner, and still buy them in-game. Another way is to buy the from other players from catshops or just trade. Or you can buy tokens and exchange them for mariage packs at PW Butique agent.
