new internet proider yet no connection

was connecting by wire at hotel and i blamed their connection for not allowing me to connect to servers. I got a USB connection with 7.2MB speed. I uninstalled and re-installedthe game, vriied files, and updated the patches but still not able to conect. no ping no population. Did a tacer out on my new connection and here it is:
I hope there is a solution for my problem. (by the way how do i submit a ticket?)

Unfortunately it looks like the connection gets progressively worse outside of your location when packets leave Kuwait. Do you experience this quite frequently?

I nomally reside in Lebanon. I am in Kuwait only temporarly. But no from my original country i don't have a problem at all. I never tried playing on the laptop before. I will check it once i go back.

These Things are actually quiet Common in most locations.

Try using a Ip Rerouter, It keep your IP address, but instead of using your internet provider to log you around to PWI network In [east or west] HQ locations, what you can do is the following.

Talk to a Professional Computer Programmer in your location.
- Each systematic programing is sophisticated in each different location. Each provider has a different coding so I wont be able to help much with this explanation but it does work for alot of people in my region when i explain this.

What you may be able to do is the following. Talk to your provider, get a IP Re-router which can allow you to re-route your connection to a series of different networks without cause you any inforamtion.

Example: IF I live In New york ( i dont thou) and have a Bad connection I can re-route my connection to my provider then ask them to re-route it to the nearest station that can actually reach the other location properly.

Very hard to explain but it does cost around additional 20$ a month at your providers to get this program/Router
