reset notes in the utility > resets section of the boutique so..

charge some real money and buy one OR earn coin in game and buy gold from AH and buy one OR earn coin in game and buy from cat shop (if you can find one). once you have the reset note take off all your gear and visit an elder. they will reset your stats based on the reset note you bought.

Alternative - if you are low level (<50/60) just work around it, and pump up the stats you need. unless you have done something stoopid like 50 mag on a BM or BARB then reset notes are a luxury that early in the game. If you are lower than 30 I would just start a new toon - its cheaper in the long run than reseting.

I'm guessing you're a wiz since your posting in our forums...?

Wiz can deal with having points in other attributes.
If it's too much str, then simply don't add str for a level or two.
If it's vit, then simply roll with it. Some wizards like having 10-20 vit.
If it's dex, then get it to 20 so you have the extra 1% crit.

Believe me, an extra 10-20 mag makes almost no difference whatsoever.
An extra 10-20 mag raise your max on mobs by 100 or 200 endgame, and by 10 or 20 in PvP endgame...
