    In room 47 I run around because a great big blob-o-wimpy-mobs + Bestial Rage = Full Chi = Sunder. Thus, I WANT a huge crowd following me and hitting me for almost zero damage because it means free healing, whereas standing in the corner means I miss out on a Sunder or two.

    You run because u dont feel like killing the mobs <.<

    Not all classes have amazing aoes to just 1-2 shoot everything in there.

    I always used to run in circles in 47 on my veno since to lazy build chi for Parasite Nova before i enter. Only slowpoke classes like wizards, clerics and psys have to kill the mobs. Rest can just outrun them. Its less boring running around like a willy-nilly than standing still in a corner spamming crab meat.

    When my cat-shop alt Cleric got to level 40 I decided to give cube a try. He made it through, and so far he's 6 for 6 at the Cube, but the early AOE rooms are really quite tough.

    The problem is that he can't 1, 2, 3, or even 4 shot the mobs, even with an elite-for-his-level weapon, and the mobs will heal themselves if he stops attacking. So when he enters if more than 1 aggros him, it's going to be tough.

    When he was going through at level 40 he basically had to Plume Shell, run/heal/run/heal, Plume Shell, etc... just to survive the early AOE room. When I tried sneaking in an attack he almost died, and when I tried running him into a corner and spam healing he almost died too. Running is much safer, even though he still can't fully out-run them.

    Everyone's got a way about this room, some run and heal, others camp in corners.
    As for myself, I lure all the mobs and kill them once I am in, put up Healing Trance in a corner. And since as they spawn they can interrupt with melee attacks, I got Bramble Rage on stand by if one gets too close. Works like a charm.
    Bet it would also do the trick with a cleric's BB, tho haven't tried.

    Seriously.....really.....you actually posted about this? What difference does it make how some people get through a room in the cube as long as they get through it. You do it your willy nilly way and those people do it theirs and oh look...everyone is happy.
