    if you are stuck alone in the faction you need to invite someone else and pass leadership to them. or pass it to an alt if you can run two pcs/two accounts

    Im not sure but try this to delete the level 3 faction;
    1) make an expendable character
    2) Transfer leadership to that character
    3) Delete said character

    I think the faction will still be there - but with noone in it. Wonder how many of those there are out there?
