5.0 barb or bm???

So basically guys i was wondering should i lvl my barb from 90 to 100 and make him 5.0 or lvl my bm from 67 and make her 5.0.

I would rather get it on my barb cause of the extra hp etc but my barb was my first char and i went sage with him QQ. So i would have to convert him to demon first (which is expensive when your saving up for deicides and WTLG) and i also have to restat my barb from 50 dex 200 vit to pretty much the other way around which is going to cost alot also. I dont wanna remake my barb cause i have lvl 6 and 7 manufacturing skills on him, dont wanna go through all those hours of farming mats and them annoying as **** manufacturing quests again.

I'd recommend doing the BM. Weapon masteries, skills available, etc. Maybe level the barb to get level 8 manufacturing skills to make your BM's Nirvana/TT100 stuff.

You could just get to 3.33 on your barb (which would be 4.0 with wind shield I believe) and then proceed in leveling your BM. I mean, unless those characters are on different accounts (in which case I'd just reroll the BM on the same account), why not share gears and do both?

5 barb would be more popular in squads, but that cultivation change..

for bm u will need 30gold for crafting skill for barb 10 gold +200mirages to switch your culti + w/e is needed to restat.

Other than that not much difference, choose w/e u like more, just dont forget u need 3rd fairy to switch to demon, and that may take longer than lvling your bm to 90.

you can always make a demon barb in an another account and keep the sage barb (for buffing and manufactoring)

note that you have to complete the 100 culti to change ur cultivation

i dont think i will bother about going 5.0 on my barb cause 3rd fairy *gulp* trying to get it for my psy and have already used over 300 dice tickets trying to get to room 38 in cube (imo hardest part of the dam culti)

I would do this but currently dont have enough time to play pwi to lvl both chars to 100 so i think since i will get 5.0 bm faster i will go with it thanks again for the advice.

I'm currently a 5.0 APS Barb working on a lvl 90 BM to transfer my gear too.

5.0 APS Barbs are a welcome sight to farming squads, they are less common than sins and BMs imo.

Claw Barb has its ups and downs, I figure BMs have more ups than downs in terms of benefits.


Choice is yours though.

Though my barb is sage I'll be turning it to demon after culti so I can allow it to wear my claws I currently use on my archer and bm..so do both bm and barb you will have more options.

If you already have a bm 5.0 I don't really find a point to change the barb...

I've done the room 38 chrono quest on 5 characters and on none of them took more than minutes or a few hours to finally complete. I don't get why it's the hardest part.

Really if you're a decent barb you will have no problem with getting the chrono quests and cultivation done. The only true decision to make is do you prefer to nerf your HP for -int and use fists but not do as much DMG as BM's who presumably have your buff too. OTOH as mentioned before you'll be highly wanted esp for HP+atk buffs.

Lol, :P I guess that makes 90% of my server retired by your definition haha. 1 hour of BH a day and then come on for weekends for TW. Not much else to do anyways... except maybe FCC.

About the damage from barbs and bms 5.0 i am almost 100% sure that barbs do more damage per hit like 15 lol, cause of that demon posion fang buff.

And about room 38 being hardest for me, well um i have did a full run rb (thought it would have been harder) and i have tryed 100+ maybe even 200+ times to get into room38 i dont think the cube likes me much.
