the description on ecatomb says "Demon version gives a 10% increase to critical hit rate."
does this mean that while it's active, critical hit rate would go from say, 20% to 30%, or would it increase from 20 to 22%?

    It gives you 10% extra crit while heal effect is on you meaning 15sec this is a uber strong skill so far i have only found 1 person on my server with a D/S Sutra and he has Sage but Demon owns so badly least to me.

    Here Example my Crit is 19% with it id have 29% Not as strong D bane but nearly spamable

    100 Seeker(The Vortex Beast)
    86 Assassin(Solo king)
    76 Archer(Squishy Nuker)
    72 Cleric(Horrible healer)
    67 Barb(Buff baby)
    61 Wizard(King Aoe)
    37 Mystic(Fun project)

    This is correct.

    I just recently acquired Demon Diamond Sutra after like 2 years of trying (which completed my entire demon skill set), but as a 15 second 10% crit bonus, it complements 15 second Demon spark.

    The cooldown is only 30 seconds, so every other Demon spark you can get a 10% crit bonus. I've found this to be my winning edge in the Celestial Tiger event in terms of DD each week.

    great to know! i just thought it sounded a little too good to be true when i read the description; thought i should get some firsthand info on the forums.

    2 Year wowa didn't think take that long to get but its a great skill for combining D spark i really want it increasing DD overall by quite alot

    I saw it in a catshop not long ago and decided against buying it. I can see its benefit in PvE for increase DPS if you spam it, but I'm just way too lazy for that. I much rather put on macro and eat an apple cinnamon roll b:cute.

    eh i would rather CC demon GS at 5 seconds into my spark for a 15% average DPS boost for no spark cost than the 5% from sutra

    add on demon DBB and the added time loss+spark cost from sutra is just meh
    Gifs are hard to make work here

    Same concept as Dragon bane though, it's not too bad; I tend to use it with DBB cancel.

    Who do you think you are? Don't even pretend to think you know me; I'm not hiding nor forgetting that I was sage. Keep in mind sage was a viable choice pre anni packs because none of the high end demon skills were obtainable from just farming Fb99. After tokens made the demon skills more available, I switched to demon from a 5APS sage about 8-9 months ago and I had all my sage skills except Sutra before doing so. I've been casually trying for demon/sage diamond sutra for 2 years, which was the last skill I needed for demon.

    Take your personal qualms elsewhere and keep on topic to the OP please. b:bye
