Faction icon - plz help

Hey all,
Im leader of a lvl3 faction and i submitted my faction icon a week ago..
I was wondering if anyone knows when it will be updated ingame? or how long it usually takes?
Someone told me there had to be a game update, but last tuesday there was one but yeah, still no icon.
