    1. Setting a price by the level of the skill book isn't going to get you anywhere fast.

    2. Most of those skills are hard to get. Stone barrier can go for upwards of 12m, and I only see four of the ones you listed regularly.

    Morning Dew averages about 6m
    Wellspring Quaff around 6m
    Dragons Breath is near 8m
    Blade Tempest runs closer to 12m

    Some of those you may simply have to settle for a price over 10m because they don't drop often or are from the random packs.
