If that's the build you want, the first thing I would change is your sig from "non-cs" to "biggest cser ever." I mean seriously, +12 full rank 9 all 4 socket with dots? I don't even want to think about how much that would cost.

I'm gonna leave the critique of your ornament choices and tome to others more familiar with the availability of such gear at endgame, and simply point out that your pdef looks awful low. You should really aim to have as much or more pdef self buffed as you have mdef.

Everybody likes to mess around with pwcalc to simulate some absurd endgame build, and there's nothing wrong with that, nor even posting your fantasy on the boards, but if the calc is gonna be useful to you, you should use it to simulate realistic builds. Start with reproducing your current build then chart out your planned future builds at every ten levels. Don't go nuts with sockets and refines, just put in what you can afford. Otherwise, messing with the calc is just mental masturbation, and posting on the boards is asking everybody to watch while you do it.

cause r9 doesnt have a second ring, a cape, hat, neck and tome so people are confused:p

First of all, the stats the pwcalc shows are innacurate. PWcalc is not 100% customized yet to fit with r9. So, the stats that are shown there are not correct (I think only pdef though)

Secondly, the only thing about that build that is impossible is the 55 magic tome as it takes 3 Scroll of Tomes to exchange for the upper level one (not in game). Everything else is possible including the necklace and that Cloud Stir ring he has.

Thirdly, that would be a very strong build if you could actually pull it off. How is it fail? It is possible to do it without cash shopping, for all you people who think otherwise. However, it is a feat to pull off that many +12's without CS'ing.

i think it's just the hp from refines and the mattack

imho, a build is judged by it's cost and it's power; power/cost if u like.
+12 r9 everything isnt a build, it's "look i found that shiny card"

All i can say its i prefer JoSD becasue i think 60 att lvl from r9 and 30 att lvl from blessing is quite enuff. If you want to get the extra att lvl thats great but you will be very squishy against other r9 users, regardless +12 gears . I have 94 att lvl 17k-19k magattk buffed and i hit a +!2 gears archer with gush for 8k if he unbuffed, 6k if he buffed, its becoz he went full Dot. The archers has +12 r9 bow and fully shared with Dot hit me 15 wen im selfbuffed (demon stone barrier) and 1k wen i fully buffed , its becoz i got 58 def lvl . ^^

In my opinion, Josd >DoT : 2>1 duh =D

The reason why i think you are trolling coz i had the expectation that it is your gears you showing us and want us to comment but looking at ur lvls psss. Get to 101 first then will discuss from there.
And yes the build is not impossible because we have tsungfai who will have the same build as soon as he can transfer his +12 from nirvana to r9 gears .

true, less HP and less mdef, but way more pdef and look at def lvl: Gargorx build had 30, this one has 76.
Diminishing returns means there is no big diff betwen a 14k and 19k mag def (3-4% maybe?)
With the gear available now, it's kinda' important if you have a 30% def lvl or a 76% def lvl. I'm gonna simplify things quite a lot here to prove my point but it's one thing to be hit for 7k (30% hit from 10k initial hit) and another to be hit for 3.5k (75% from 10k initial hit).As you can see, the first build will be a 2 shot, as the second build will be 3 shot.
I know the math is more complex, but I used some absolute values to prove a point.

i would save the socket on cape and head for sumthing else :vit or garnet or cit or Dot taht way i will have 58 def lvl and more hp coz def lvl at 60 will have diminishing return. ^^

if no one noticed... his G16 cube neck is glitched in pwi calc- it doesnt refine. if you go to the g15 one (+12), fully buffed with demon stone barrier he has around 16k pdef

tome (dropping to alms bowl): 300mil
g16 = 3x g15 = 9x g14 = 675mil

total:
11k$, 1.4bil

~13k$ well, maybe I underestimated the refines but with 15k$ it's quite possible.
the only problem is lvl105 and the ring; well, pay some people to farm the ring and a sin to do fc with u and u have this char for ess than 20k$

OP, nobody said that 105 is impossible; it's just stupid (for a wiz) to reach that lvl cause it's a waste of time; just like ur "build"

it's funny that OP didnt notice; that kinda proves that he was after the "leet" gear and didnt even look at the stats.

Ursa, both his and your build are fine. It depends on what build you wanna go. Yea, I would choose 2 def level stones over 1 attack level shards any day, but if someone wants as much damage as possible while still having +10 or higher on armor refines, then that's fine. They'll still have decent survivability. His build was more than ok, and if that's what he wants (doubt he can afford it) then let him do it xP

My opinion is, you never will have this gear. You know why? Because till you will get it, it will be there another much more powerful set of gear. So this gear became weak. If you cannot have this gear lets say till 3/4 year from now. Just forget it. I bet 1+ year from now there will be even better gear outside if PWI will still exist. Maybe will be warsoul sale then.

set bonus makes R9 awesome now, but hey, it's just G16.
A lot of room to go forward.
New expansion coming ...
And I see another expansion coming in about 1 yr or so.
Look at the map, there is enough space left on the bottom to add another 4 lands.
Keep in mind the whips weapons that are in pwdatabase and not ingame, I can see another 2 classes coming out.

A lot if people call this game dead. Well...I did so too a while ago. Then time show me the game is still alive and doing well. Sure, like in real world , there are the very rich and very poor, but unlike the real world, PWE makes a lot of cash from the very rich.
This game will be doing fine thank you very much for a long time. Sure, there will be ppl quitting , but no one is irreplaceable. There will be new cash shoppers comming, there will be new poor ppl to populate the server. A few addicts will always be there and QQ they aren't OP like the CS-rs and the game is broken.
It's not ****' broken, it's been doing fine for more than 1h with the anni+rep sale.
Sure, all the weapons and gear has to be outdated at one point or another. That's what makes ppl stay ingame and play it longer. The NEED to be more powerful. Greed and pride are very powerful feelings and exploited correctly one can make a shytload of cash out of them.

Sure I agree with you. But for OP as I see his level his dream gear became irrelevant till he will get even chance to get it.
