dq rewards problem

hi i've been having some problems with sending dq rewards on my car when ever i click the send button it says error on page i dont know what else to do i tryed refresh leaving my pc to cool down and other stuff,if u can help me please tell me what to do, and the thing is its just me on other peoples account they dont have a problem sending them. I have 15000 dq points i couldnt spend because of this problem so if u can help i would be very happyb:pleased ty for your respons

    try a different browser

    or it could be because of the /// in your character name - the DQ script might not like them

    I'm having the exact same problem. I can't send DQ Rewards to my characters because of this "error". I've tried using both IE and Firefox, neither works.

    In IE it says "Error" at the bottom of the browser and only AFTER I select a server. With Firefox, it never says 'error' but nothing happens after I've selected server+char & click "Send".


    EDIT: I just tried Opera and it doesn't work either. I'm very angry right now.

    b:thanks ty very much for your respons it was my car name fault thats why i couldnt send them b:laugh i tryed a different car and it worcked b:victory
