    I can quote several people that left their previous TW factions within the last 5 months to go to the dominant TW faction to enjoy longer and better TWs. They are still in the dominating TW faction as of the time that screenshot was taken. There's something wrong with their quotes, but I'm still figuring out what it is.

    On the other hand, the other servers are looking healthier than I thought in terms of TW. When people said TW was dead because of the TW changes, I expected the other servers to look like HT's but it seems like it's still thriving, at least from the screenshots of the TW map alone.

    Therefore, TW is still dead.

    EDIT: My bad, RT doesn't count...it's mostly owned by QQme. I meant to say "DW"

    Dreamweaver was monochromatic not too long ago, and from what I heard, the top guild fell apart due to internal turmoil/drama (like always?). Maybe they disbanded "for the good of the server", but maybe not.

    Actually Nefarious hold whole map for an entire week. They did get it the week before that at the 14:00 tw time slot but they lost it to Regicide at the 20:00 tw time slot a few hours later.

    Just because a tw is 3 hours, doesn't mean its good. Just b/c a map is a bunch of colors doesn't mean good or interesting tw goes on either.

    When platinum hp charms cost 4-5 mil... If people fight they do it for pride, not the diamonds. PWI put the nail in tw when they made the medal of glory common and not a tw only reward.

    A better solution would be to make charms less expensive or just nerf all dmg and take the charms off.

    as if tw wasnt totally useless before the General Summers "sale", they just had to make the only useful reward available in the cash shop. i bet if they put regular pay back in for tw rewards, people would actually start trying to tw again.

    I never did TW and even I know it was better before the change. There were more and more factions doing TW. Now it's not so many.

    TW was never broken, but you know what they say about fixing things that isn't broken.

For as long as I can recall, Calamity held the vast majority of the map, up until the beginning of November, when they finally conquered it all. After that they disbanded. I assume it was a "for the good of the server" thing, or possibly just so they could conquer it all over again, since the vast majority of the members joined Regensis.

    basically Calamity reformed into Regenesis (with a few exceptions)
    no internal turmoil/drama leading to fall.

    no they wanted a new name and reformed into Regenisis. i guess they were always so damn rich the bazillion mirages they got per week didnt make a difference.

    atleast i get to tw now. they could retake the mob if they wanted to... would take them a while cuase of the 1 tw per week though
    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.

    Old Calamity/new Regenesis is a somewhat admirable faction. Sure, like any faction out there, its had squabbles within its own members & whatnot, but never anything that led to the 'imploding' of it, as seems to happen to a lot of the other big factions out there (those that TW). After Calamity became Regenesis (for all intents & purposes they are the same; about 90% or so of Cala members shifted into Regenesis), yes, the map did become free. And despite the cynicism of some (the map will not remain free for long) so far... its been really good. The top dog factions (Regenesis, Equinox, and Tempest) are duking it out, sometimes win, sometimes lose. For instance, this week, Equinox is attacking Regenesis; Regenesis is attacking Tempest; and Tempest is attacking Equinox! Lots of other TWs still going on between less strong factions. Can't say it'll stay like this for too long, but for now, things are pretty cool.

    Nefarious held the entire map twice: one for a few hours before Regicide took it back. Again, Nef took over the map just before the inner turmoil really took over.

    Started with the fall of a 'clique' in Nefarious ( was part of said clique) that led to mass naming and shaming then the eventual split and Vindicate popped up not long after.

    I see a lot of old, good players of Nef in Vindi that were part of that double map take.
