How to activate Account Stash?

I got a message on the "tips" that I can have 16 slots to share between chars on my account, but it said "Once my Account Stash is activated" I went to a Banker and I can use the Stash to put money in but not items. I cant seem to find anything that explains how to activate the stash.

Can anyone help please?

    To get the 16 item slots you need to buy an account-stash stone, which is a cash-shop item. (Hit 'o' to view the cash shop, talk to an auctioneer about buying gold to spend there)

    That means it's kinda expensive. Also be careful - you can't get extra slots by buying a second stone. 16 is all you get.
