But dear god it'd be such a giant wall of text.
So heck, let this be a thread where we can list our favorites and give critiques on them!

((And Im sorry ahead of time to that one person who inevitably used Requiem of a Dream.
It iS good and all...but OF COURSE its good.
You can play that song to a dog eating its breakfast and itd be epic.;;;; Just too overused for me.))

~~Now of course Im partial to ES Prosthumus music. So I was extra critical with the timing between the score and the action - and its excellent.

This one and the first one are tied in my 1st fave. Both give me TINGLES. Anyway, this is a compilation of multiple songs for the score. All of them were from the Dark Night soundtrack so there wasnt an issue with them sounding out of place together.
~Very good timing too! This video lets the music flow over points others seemed to try to point out with the music....and that decision actually works this time around.

Like I said in her thread I love the beginning and the score is well suited all the way into the end.
~~Timing with the ques of the music could be messed with. One I would specifically like to mention is the high dramatic note that plays at 0:56. It would be AWESOME if you could get that to sound when the fire elements foot slams to the ground.

A nice surprise! Its a very flowy but intense piece of music you used. The shifts are much more subtle in comparison to the other videos but still VERY effective and timed VERY VERY well. I like how the music brings a sense of sadness at the beginning but by the time hes fighting the monster and winning the music has swelled into a tune of hope.

Im never sure about meshing different songs for videos. The transitions here felt very strange. But this video is still one of the better ones.
~At the beginning I feel the soothing voice could be timed with key parts of the action better. Also I wish the epic part started sooner/when the pigmies started to pull the big guy outta the ground.

Right away I was like OH! How to Train your Dragon. Hahaha. Its timed very well and plenty epic.
~~But I feel the whole first half of the score has the wrong feel for the scene. It got better when he was fighting the lava elemental monster though. (Still feel like you should pick a different track, or mesh a different tune from another song on the soundtrack for the beginning scenes with the Mystic.)

I love all the tracks, especially the middle one.
~~However they dont mesh together well, mostly the middle and last. I feel like you could keep the first and middle one if you find some way to have them play into each other. But man that middle song gets me; very good for the scene.

Despite the very abrupt beginning I decided to give it a chance; and it carried very very well through the rest of the movie.
~~This is my personal opinion but Im not sure starting off so BABAMMM is the best thing for how the action is being sequence in the clip. I like to feel a music build up to the battle.

~~However I kinda lost the feeling with the sudden semi-techno shift when he was stabbin at the monster. Also I think using some tune or note instead of using silence to change to the peaceful ending would be better.

Okay guys dont rip on me for this one, I absolutely LOVE this song from the fifth element. The beginning was beautiful, and the JUMP into the fight was good as well.
~~However I feel it was a bit ehhhh at the end. Maybe a bit too tense and modern sounding for the peaceful fantasy scenery all of the sudden.

I personally very much liked this one. Writing a musical score is not a very easy thing to do and not everyone can... hence the stealing of soundtracks from other places xD I thought that some parts were a bit slow, but overall on this one color me impressed. ^^

Best. One. Yet. This is my top pick at this point. The score is beautiful, epic, and engaging but also timed PERFECTLY with EVERY part of the video.

Epic, marvelously composed and timed. Easily my favorite so far (and that's saying a lot).

A beautiful score as well. I think some timing can be messed with. But only a few parts in the battle and with the pieces of rock rise against the glow of the gold blast. But this one is definitely a favorite and a high contender.

Really like the score on this one, but I feel the music is a tad bit too intense at the end.
