Thats alot of lag!

Hi I'm playing on my bm killing dustwraith archers in the Mountain of the Tortise God. My ms was 3650 and it really creeped me out when it was 3 sec after i used a skill it attacked but no animation. O_o? So um what could be behind this is this anual or something or is it just bad luck? I'd really appreciate an solid answer to solve my problem.
