Server problems?

I would like to know: Am I the single who is having some server's troubles? Like... DCs or EXTREME lag? b:shocked

You're definitely not the only one, players experience these frequently however most of the time its due to your computer's specs. I suggest raising a ticket and asking for the team's assisatnace. Make sure to include a DXDiag log as well.

Hi,
I play the game just fine on my desktop. when i installed it to my laptop, i checked the firewall and kasperky anitvirus and it was in the trusted list. I donwloaded the latest patches wheni try to update manually i get an error message: file same as client. which means my game is up to date. In removed the game and installed it back and still when i try to login the server list shows no ping and nothing under population for all the servers. I wonder what the problem is. (note my laptop runs winodw vista professional edition, it exceeds the reqs for the game)

Could you please provide us with a trace route from your computer to our servers?

1) Click on Start > click on Run (or in the Windows Search box)> type in cmd

2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast1.perfectworld.com (You can use any of the IP addresses to our servers that are listed below. Try several.)
Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast1.perfectworld.com"

3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.

4) Right Click on the window

5) Select the "Select all" option

6) Hit "Enter"

7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.

8) Include in the body of your e-mail what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

I normally connect from Lebanon, an i use the OGERO DSL as an internet provider. I have a wireless router and my desktop connects through the router. I never experienced any trouble with the connection. I tried to connect using my laptop and i faced the problem i described in my earlier post. Currently i am outside the country. Precisely in am in Kuwait and staying a a hotel so i am not sure about the provider, i tried to use the game but the same problem existed try the whole drill i know off one more time without any luck. Thanks for your reply and below are the results of the tracers:
