Can Anyone Help With The Log-In Bug?????

EVERYTIME I TRY TO LOG INTO MY CHARACTERS SECONDS AFTER THE SCREEN SHOWS
"ENTERING PERFECT WORLD...." MY CLIENT CLOSES AND THE REPORT BUG THIN POPS UP (IT SHOWS SOME LOG FILES TELLS YOU TO ENTER IN USER ID/ROLE NAME/EMAIL)

IVE TRIED WHAT DARTH PANDA(GM,TUNR DOWN YOUR GAME SETTINGS/HOLD "W" WHILE LOGGING IN,IVE DONE THIS AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING

MAYBE IM HOLDING "W' AT THE WRONG TIME.....:/.......IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC PLACE I SHOULD START HOLDING "W" PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME, OR IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHERS WAYS TO LOG IN,OR ANY KIND OF HELP WITH THIS ISSUE WILL BE REALLY REALLY APPRECIATED

    sorry but im pretty mad considering i charged zen on this game and now i cant play........

    is it possible having a low amount of disk space could be causing this problem

    because i had barely enough space to download forsaken world,then later find out i cant even play now b:angry ,so i deleted that and now im playing ESO(ether saga online) ,
    which didnt leave much space left over either
